Conductive Education Programme
Philosophy and Aim
Our philosophy is to teach children with motor disabilities to function as independently as possible.
Our aim is to provide and environment which develops the whole child - physically, cognitively, socially, and emotionally - to enhance their lives and provide greater opportunities though out their life.
Conductive Education
Our programme offers a daily program structured to motivate and assist the children (as a group) to move through a variety of daily tasks and exercises with as close to "normal movement" as the individual child can achieve. Continual, repetitive self-movement, correct movement one level above the child to bypass or compensate for existing central nervous system damage. Muscle control, balance and flexibility are enhanced, providing for greater control of spastically and contractures, while stimulation a sense of self-achievement and independence.
